Volunteer

We have many volunteer opportunities available that fit the availability and interests of WLWV parents and community members:

1. Serve as an Education Foundation school ambassador: As an ambassador, you will serve as a liaison between the Foundation and your school community (PTA/PTSA/PTO). You will help mobilize support at the local school level for a district-wide cause. This is a great fit for a volunteer who wants to be involved in their child(ren)’s school, but also wants to support quality education across the district.
2. Join the Education Foundation board: As a board member, you will hold a leadership role in defining the actions and directions of the WLWV Education Foundation. This is a great fit for anyone in the community willing to dedicate themselves to the Foundation's mission of raising money to fund teaching positions and other projects that support our district schools.
3. Volunteer to support a campaign or limited-term project: As a volunteer, you will support fundraising efforts and activities for a specific campaign or project. This is a good option for someone who supports the mission of the Foundation and is looking for a seasonal commitment.
